Remain in the same position as for previous measurements. Move the measuring tape higher, to the level of the nipples. It should be located horizontally and fit freely to the chest. Make sure that the tape is not twisted and does not squeeze the chest.
The obtained results should be checked with the results in the size table, rounded to the nearest whole number and choose your optimal size.

Waist circumference:
Stand straight and as you exhale, wrap the measuring tape around your waist. Make sure that the tape is not twisted, fits comfortably around the body and does not tighten it.

Hip girth:
Move the tape from the waist to the hips. Measurements should be taken in the widest part. Make sure the tape is positioned without any twists. Finally, fasten it in such a way that it does not hang, but does not squeeze your hips.
