According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," the article that regulates the exchange and return of goods of proper quality is Article 9. According to this article, the consumer has the right to exchange the purchased product within 14 days if the product does not match the form, size, style, color, or dimensions, or for other reasons cannot be used as intended.

However, the same law in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 defines the list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return), including sanitary and hygiene items, as well as underwear.

Certificates, both electronic and physical, are not subject to return.
