PUBLIC OFFER FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
This document is the official offer (public offer) of the online store Callisto.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to conclude an agreement on the terms specified below. Please read the terms of this offer carefully before placing an order.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") defines the terms of service provision by the online store Callisto.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
1.2. All terms of this Offer are mandatory for the Seller and the Buyer.
1.3. Using the services of the online store means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by the Buyer.
2. Description of Services
2.1. The Seller provides services for the sale and delivery of women's lingerie through the online store Callisto.ua.
2.2. The Buyer can select and order goods through the website by filling out the appropriate order form.
3. Order Procedure
3.1. The Buyer places an order through the website by filling out the order form and providing the necessary data.
3.2. The Seller confirms the order by email to the address provided by the Buyer.
3.3. The order is considered accepted for execution upon receipt of confirmation by the Buyer from the Seller.
4. Payment Procedure
4.1. Payment for the goods is made using the payment systems integrated on the site (Fondy).
4.2. After successful payment, the Buyer receives an electronic receipt or other payment confirmation.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" delivery service to the address specified by the Buyer.
5.2. The delivery time depends on the Buyer's location and the chosen delivery method.
6. Return and Exchange of Goods
6.1. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", Article 9 regulates the exchange and return of goods of proper quality. This article states that the consumer has the right within 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange the goods for an analogous one if the goods do not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.
6.2. However, this same law, in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, lists goods that are not subject to exchange (return), which include, in particular, sanitary and hygiene items, as well as underwear, which includes lingerie.
7. Guarantees and Liability
7.1. The Seller guarantees the quality of the goods sold through the Callisto.ua online store.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of using the goods purchased through the online store.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the Buyer's data and use it solely for order fulfillment purposes.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Offer.
9.2. All disputes arising in connection with the execution of this Offer are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is subject to consideration in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
